Cynthia Horner is the most well-known figure in the young adult and urban magazine publishing industry. She has been at the helm of dozens of magazines including Right On!, Word Up!, Tiger Beat, Black Beat, Hip Hop Weekly, Sisters In Style and numerous other publications which have been successful on newsstands in the United States and abroad. Cited as "the pre-eminent hip-hop journalist in the nation" by Seaver College's Department of Communications, she is the CEO and Editor-in-Chief of Right On! Digital. She appears on many popular television shows discussing her relationship with such celebrities as the late Michael Jackson, Prince, Aaliyah as well as The Jacksons, Janet Jackson, Stevie Wonder, New Edition and hundreds of other celebrities.
