Spine chilling vocals, exceptional performance ability, clothing and accessories to die for! What more can you want? Meet The Shindellas, a gorgeous trio from Nashville, handpicked by the songwriting and production duo Claude Kelly and Chuck Harmony (aka Louis York).
The duo, who have worked with some of the top artists in the world, including the likes of the late Whitney Houston, as well as modern day icons Rihanna, Jennifer Hudson, Miley Cyrus, Jazmine Sullivan and more, have gone into the kitchen and cooked up a debut album for The Shindellas to create a tasty debut album containing “Hits That Stick Like Grits.”
Reminiscent of artists from back in the day—The Supremes, The Marvelettes and other “girl groups,” The Shindellas (Kasi Jones, Stacy Johnson and Tamara Chauniece, hold fast to the beliefs that talent and sisterhood are two of the most important ingredients to having a successful career.
“The Shindellas are on a mission to move people and change the world with their art, and we have no doubt they are going to do that,” states Chuck Harmony and Claude Kelly. “We have worked hard to create a big sound for them that stands apart from anything else happening in music right now. We are calling it ‘New American Soul.’ Their first single ‘Money,’ is the powerful start of their new movement.”
