Christina Perri Releases Sweet Songs For Her Baby Girl

Multi-platinum recording artist Christina Perri has announced the release of a brand new album, songs for carmella: lullabies & sing-alongs. Arriving via Elektra Records, the January 17th, 2019 release date is timed to celebrate the acclaimed singer-songwriter’s  daughter Carmella’s first birthday.

Perri’s first new release in nearly four years, songs for carmella: lullabies & sing-a-longs is heralded by today’s premiere of the new original song, “you mean the whole wide world to me,” available now for streaming and download. The song’s heartwarming companion visual – features home video footage of Perri with her husband and daughter, Paul and Carmella Costabile and can be viewed here. songs for carmella: lullabies & sing-a-longs also sees Perri performing a number of timeless standards alongside beloved Disney favorites and a brand new version of her 7x RIAA platinum certified classic hit, “a thousand years (lullaby).”

Produced by David Hodges (whose award-winning credits include “A Thousand Years”), songs for carmella: lullabies & sing-a-longs also features a tender rendition of  “Tonight You Belong To Me,” with a special cameo by Paul and Carmella Costabile.
