Hip-hop’s favorite couple, Cardi B and Offset, are the new parents of Kulture Kiari Cephus! According to TMZ, Cardi and Migos rap group member Offset (Kiari Kendrell Cephus) secretly married last fall but still plan to celebrate their wedding with a big bash. Now , they can celebrate their marriage and the arrival of their new daughter at the same time. The baby was born on July 10 in Atlanta.
