SLAM DUNK! LAKERS SIGN LEBRON JAMES!

It’s a slam dunk—super baller LeBron James is joining   the Los Angeles Lakers.  According to sources, the athlete/philanthropist has signed a four-year, $154 million deal.  It’s no shock to basketball fans who knew that King James would move on from the Cavaliers at some point, but no one knew where he would land.  The diplomatic former resident of Cleveland thanked  Northeast Ohio for having given him four incredible seasons.  “This will always be home,” he said.

James, considered by many to be the world’s greatest basketball player, first joined the Cleveland Cavaliers, a team for which he played from 2003-2010  at which point moved to  Miami, spending time on the Miami Heat from 2010-2014.  In 2014, he returned to the Cavaliers, recently becoming a free agent in 2018. The 33-year-old married baller is from Akron, Ohio.
