Barbie is celebrating basketball superstar Angel Reese with a new Barbie Signature doll inspired by her impact on sports, fashion, business and culture.
The doll, unveiled by Mattel during All-Star Weekend, is dressed in a signature Barbie-inspired look and wears the new Reebok Angel Reese 1 basketball shoes in a vibrant pink colorway. The shoes featured on the doll will also be available for fans in both adult and kids’ sizes.
For Reese, the collaboration represents a longtime dream. The professional basketball player and entrepreneur said having her own Barbie doll is an honor and an opportunity to remind girls that there are no limits to what they can achieve.
Beyond her accomplishments on the court, Reese has built a growing presence in fashion, business and philanthropy. Through the Angel C. Reese Foundation, which she founded in 2023, she works to expand opportunities for girls and underrepresented communities through sports, education and financial literacy.
The Barbie launch also highlights Reese’s partnership with Reebok. The Angel Reese 1 “Barbie” basketball shoes feature pink accents and co-branded details, bringing together Reese’s performance style and Barbie’s signature aesthetic.
Fans had the chance to experience the collaboration firsthand at TOGETHXR House in Chicago during All-Star Weekend. The Angel Reese Dream Closet gave visitors an opportunity to step into Reese’s world, pose inside a life-size Barbie box and get a closer look at the new doll and shoes. Reese also collaborated with Barbie on a limited-edition apparel capsule featuring a custom jersey, T-shirts and headwear inspired by the look of her doll.
The Angel Reese Barbie Signature doll is now available at Target, Walmart, Amazon and Mattel Shop. The Reebok Angel Reese 1 “Barbie” basketball shoes are also available through Reebok and select retailers.
