The U.S. Postal Service is honoring one of the world’s most iconic dolls with a new collection of 10 Forever stamps celebrating Barbie and her inspiring career journey.
Unveiled at the National Barbie Doll Collectors Convention in Austin, Texas, the collection recognizes Barbie’s more than 65-year legacy of encouraging children to dream big and believe they can be anything.
The top row of stamps features Registered Nurse Barbie from 1961 in her classic white nurse’s uniform, Surgeon Barbie from 1973 wearing blue scrubs and a stethoscope, Astronaut Barbie from 1986 dressed in a bold pink and silver spacesuit, Firefighter Barbie from 1995 in traditional firefighting gear, and Paleontologist Barbie from 1996 equipped for a dinosaur expedition.
The second row highlights Sign Language Teacher Barbie from 2000, representing communication and inclusion through American Sign Language; Robotics Engineer Barbie from the 2018 Career of the Year collection with a laptop and robot companion; Judge Barbie from the 2019 Career of the Year collection wearing traditional judicial robes; Soccer Player Barbie from 2022 in her team uniform with a soccer ball; and Musical Artist Barbie from the 2025 Career of the Year Women in Music collection performing with a sky-blue guitar and sparkling stage outfit.
The Forever stamp collection celebrates Barbie’s lasting impact as a role model who has inspired generations to imagine endless possibilities. Featuring careers in healthcare, science, education, technology, law, sports, music, and more, the stamps honor Barbie’s message that anyone can dream big and achieve their goals.
