Joe Pantoliano, who was introduced on this season of “Raising Kanan,” is a tough, no-chaser character who goes toe to toe. Wise with a sense of humor (he allowed me to call him by his nickname “Joey Pants”), this veteran actor got a kick out of playing a mobster on this series.
