Ciara has teamed up with Latto for her new single “This Right Here” – LISTEN HERE. The track was produced by Ciara’s longtime hit making producer Jazze Pha (“Goodies,” & “1, 2 Step”). The track is released via Ciara’s own record label, Beauty Marks Entertainment, which she has ran independently since 2017 and is home to hits such as “Level Up” and “How We Roll.”
Released on Atlanta’s Official Ciara Day, which was first declared on July 28th last year during her performance at State Farm Arena, “This Right Here” celebrates two powerhouses from the ATL music scene, showing evolution and unity to honor Ciara’s achievements and their deep ties to the city. More than just a song, it’s a tribute to the city that shaped them, and celebrates the lasting impact of Atlanta’s Black female artistry on the culture at large.
This unparalleled fusion of Ciara’s melodic vocals and Latto’s bold rap delivery bring forth this provocative track. “This Right Here” is a feel-good track that’s the perfect mix of adrenaline-charged confidence with a pop-rap crossover appeal.
Ciara adds “‘This Right Here,’ is the type of collaboration I always dreamt of! Being together with my hometown friends on this record means so much to me! Also knowing the amazing history that Jazze Pha and I have had together makes this moment, extra special. I want to thank Latto for bringing her infectious ATL girl energy to this record! ‘This Right Here’ is one of my favorite tracks on the album and I’m so excited that my fans will get to hear this record as today is Ciara Day in Atlanta and we are getting close to kicking off the month of my album release!”
To celebrate the second annual Ciara Day, Ciara is in Atlanta today to open the city’s second ever Why Not You Center, created in partnership with the Boys & Girls Club and co-founded with her husband, Russell Wilson. This marks the second Why Not You Center from the couple’s Why Not You Foundation, a flagship initiative focused on education and empowerment. Why Not You Centers are vibrant community spaces designed to equip young people with the tools, confidence, and support they need to dream big and achieve their goals. In partnership with trusted local organizations like the Boys & Girls Club, these centers offer youth-focused programming centered on access, enrichment, character development, and always embodying the “Why Not You” attitude.
Ciara continues to set the tone for an exhilarating album release with “CiCi,” out August 22, her first studio album in six years. This year, we have already seen Ciara grace the covers of L’Officiel Global and Rolling Stone Africa. To accompany being the first American woman to be featured on the cover of Rolling Stone Africa, Ciara just returned stateside from Benin where she celebrated her Rolling Stone Africa cover and was just honored with an official Benin citizenship, the first American artist to receive this as part of a new legal program that recognizes people of the African diaspora (AP). Ciara was seen performing at this year’s amfAR Cannes Gala, and presented at the 2025 American Music Awards and the 2025 BET Awards. Most recently, Ciara took the stage on The TODAY Show’s Summer Concert Series in the Plaza where she performed three songs off her upcoming album “CiCi” in addition to a medley of three iconic hits, while also serving as a co-host on The TODAY Show with Jenna Bush Hager during her week-long takeover.
Throughout her unbelievable career thus far, Ciara has emerged as one of the most impactful, influential, and important artists of 21st century. Beyond streams in the billions, she has earned dozens of multi-platinum, platinum, and gold certifications worldwide and delivered timeless anthems such as “One Step, Two Step” [feat.
