In collaboration with Ontario’s Pillitteri Estates Winery, he introduces a 2023 vintage that fuses power, finesse, and character in every bottle.

Troy Amos-Ross is one of Canada’s most respected boxing icons — a professional world title contender, winner of Season 4 of The Contender, and a celebrated figure in the global boxing community. Inducted into the Canadian Boxing Hall of Fame, Troy is recognized not just for his victories, but for the integrity and discipline he brought to every fight.
Now, he brings that same energy to winemaking.
“After decades in the ring, I wanted to create something lasting,” says Amos-Ross.
