Drake Buys Luxurious Mansion In The Hamptons

Drake just purchased a new mansion in the Hamptons, down in Long Island, New York, in which he is currently in contract to spend around $15 million dollars on the Montauk home. The house is only a few miles away from Jay-Z and Beyoncé mansion and will be located 125 feet above sea level, offer incredible ocean vistas, six bedrooms, six baths, and two half baths. The mansion also covers around 8,423 square feet and realtors describe the home as:

“Bringing elements of the natural world inside not only through the views and abundance of natural light, but with the use of materials such as Siberian oak flooring throughout, two gas fireplaces with stone surrounds, a raw wood accent wall behind the breakfast table and a wood ceiling in the primary bedroom add warmth to the space. The open concept living room and kitchen enjoy showstopping, panoramic Atlantic Ocean views.”

“Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to an approximately 2,500-square-foot sandblasted Carrara marble patio surrounding the 45-foot-long heated saltwater gunite pool with waterfall edge creating seamless indoor/outdoor living.”

“The custom Arclinea kitchen features four-inch marble countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, a butler’s pantry and a wet bar. A double-sided gas fireplace separates the living room from the formal dining room. Completing the first level are a junior primary suite with ocean views and a spa-like bathroom with dual sinks and a glass-enclosed rain shower, and an optional office or bedroom suite with a full bathroom.”

“On the second level, a tranquil master suite with a private terrace offers sweeping pools and ocean views. The primary bathroom boasts double sinks, a free-standing tub, tile that evokes the sandy beach and an outdoor rain shower. A second-floor den with a gas fireplace and wet bar provides an additional area to lounge and enjoy the views.”

“The fully finished lower level with 8-foot ceilings, a living room, gym, two bedrooms with en suites and one additional bedroom, a full bathroom, a theater-ready room and mechanical rooms provide additional living space. With no shortage of vantage points to revel in the expansive ocean vistas, the home is crowned with an approximately 1,745-square-foot rooftop deck including a fire pit. An extraordinary architectural masterpiece with a living experience that is truly unparalleled.”
