NBC’s ‘Capital One College Bowl’ Returning in September 22

NBC’s “Capital One College Bowl” will be returning with its sophomore season with new episodes every Friday, starting on September 9th, at 8pm ET/PT. Peyton Manning and his brother Cooper Manning will be hosting the show, where 16 prestigious colleges and universities face off in a battle of brains. The different schools must compete in a knowledge based five-round tournament, where the top two schools advance to the final and battle for the “Capital One College Bowl ” Trophy, along with a prize pool of over one million dollars in scholarship money. This season will also have a live audience along with the schools’ mascots and marching band in order to boost morale and bring in more school spirit to create more hype and a competitive environment.
