(Watch) Tyler Perry’s Hit “Young Dylan” and “That Girl Lay Lay” Return on Nickelodeon With All-New Seasons!

Exciting new adventures and hilarious hijinks await in all-new seasons of Nickelodeon’s hit live-action comedy series That Girl Lay Lay and Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan. Premiering Thursday, July 14, at 7 p.m. (ET/PT), season two of That Girl Lay Lay will feature more music and magical powers as Lay Lay experiences everything that comes with being a real teenager. The third season of Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan will launch the following Thursday, July 21, at 7:30 p.m. (ET/PT) and will follow Dylan as he continues his pursuit of stardom.

In the season two hour-long premiere episode of That Girl Lay Lay, “Ain’t That a Glitch,” Marky discovers Lay Lay’s secret and takes advantage by having her use her powers to do what he says. When an overworked Lay Lay starts glitching, Marky and Sadie must fix her before the girls have to perform at an awards show.

That Girl Lay Lay follows Lay Lay, an avatar from a personal affirmation app that magically comes to life, and her best friend Sadie (Gabrielle Nevaeh Green) as they navigate life as teenagers and discover who they truly are. Season one of That Girl Lay Lay shattered records this Fall with premieres delivering double digit gains on Thursday nights and consistent #1 rankings in the time slot across all TV among K6-11.

The season three premiere of Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan, “How to Catch a Scammer,” is a crossover episode which follows Dylan and Lay Lay as they are duped into buying fake designer clothing and must team up to track down the scammer. Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan premieres ranked #1 on Thursday nights across all TV among K6-11, outpacing the competition by double digits.


Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan follows hip-hop mogul-in-training Dylan as he continues his pursuit of stardom, while getting his family into hilarious hijinks along the way. Accompanying Dylan in his quest for music greatness are his uncle Myles (Carl Anthony Payne II), aunt Yasmine (Mieko Hillman), grandmother Viola (Aloma Lesley Wright), cousins Rebecca (Celina Smith) and Charlie (Hero Hunter), and Rebecca’s best friend Bethany (Jet Miller).
