Rising FL rapper Rico Cartel has announced his latest single “First Night In Tally” streaming on all DSPs HERE. Rico also celebrates his 23rd birthday with the release of the official visual streaming via YouTube HERE. Last year saw the release of Rico’s LEGENDARY NIGHTZ mixtape. The mixtape includes the single, “Lakers (Ft. Big 30),” with an official music video streaming now at YouTube. The project further includes such hit singles “Charge It,” “My Old Bitches,” “2 Pills (Ft. Toosii),” “Fat Bankroll,” “I Like” and “Far From Average,” all of which are joined by official music videos streaming now at the official Rico Cartel YouTube channel HERE.
Hailed by Pitchfork for his “menacing, yet youthful tone,” Rico Cartel made waves with a series of mixtapes demonstrating his multifaceted rap toolbox, his verses touching on unconditional love and cautionary tales of how to maneuver in his home city of West Orlando, FL. With each project, the Central Florida native exhibited the signature up-tempo sound that has become indicative of the Sunshine State’s street music in the 21st century.
